I have to pawn my engagement ring tommorrow any advice?

im a little nervous. im pregnant and the father left me for another woman im having medical problems and right now i cant afford me medicine. i have no choice if i dont get this medicine then i will get really really sick. anyway typically how long do you have to pay them back? what do you need to pawn something in ohio? should i feel embarrassed?I have to pawn my engagement ring tommorrow any advice?
I also had to pawn my engagement ring once, when my fiancee spent all of our money on drugs and we had no food. It turned out that the ring was only worth 30 bucks! He got it from WalMart!

We have all been through hard times.Well go down to social services for help.But if you must do that try e-bay first get all you can for it,they will only give a portion of what is worth when u pawn something.
you shouldn't feel embarassed but there has to be another way. if not, at the end of the day it's only a material possession.
