Diamond solitaire engagement ring advice needed!?

So I've gone to quite a few jewelers now and the following solitaire engagement rings are the best deals I've found:

1) Kay Jewelers: (not certified) 0.95 ct, round cut, H color, I1 clarity, in Tiffany band, $2400 (tax included) without ';medals warranty'; but it does come with a ';stone warranty'; for free

2) Wedding Day Jewelers: (certified) 0.72 ct, princess cut, SI1 clarity, K color, in Tiffany band, $1967 (tax included)

3) D.J. Bitzan Jewelers: (certified) 0.63 ct, i color, VVS2 clarity, with Tiffany band and tax included $2440

I DO NOT want to get my girlfriend/fiance a ring off eBay, Costco, etc. So keeping that in mind, are these good deals? Which is the best deal?Diamond solitaire engagement ring advice needed!?
Honey if she doesn't love you for what you can really afford then no matter how expensive or non expensive the ring is it won't change the love for you. Mine was wal-mart $120 and i was the one that picked it out and i absolutely love it because aat that time we were on a budget and still are but i could've bought one for $500 but it didn't matter because at that time the gesture was more that the cost it was what i fell in love with. The ring is meant to show your love and a symbolic gesture a constant reminder that someone is sooo deeply in love with you that they decided to marry you no matter how kooky you are...Give her what you feel from the bottom of your and the one you think she would love the most no matter where you bought and no matter how much...Diamond solitaire engagement ring advice needed!?
Go with a classic round brilliant cut -

I would get the smaller one at DJ Bitzan. VVS2 is 2 steps away from flawless, and the color is good enough that most people will not be able to tell the difference. Even though it's the smallest stone, it's the best quality. That will enhance the value in the future.
costco is a GREAT place to look for diamonds, my dear. i have a diamond necklace from costco that is fabulous. and very very high quality. please reconsider this. !

also have you ever gone on the blue nile website?
I don't really like the specs on any of them. I would not get the first at all...I1 is horrible clarity.

I guess the best option is #3 without knowing the cut.

Try looking on www.bluenile.com.
Go to a jewelry wholesaler in your area.
keep looking
1.) I would avoid this one because of the I-1 clarity. Inclusions, in many cases with diamonds of this type, can be seen by the naked eye. And also I don't like the fact that it is not certified.

2.) I would avoid this one because the K color is a bit on the warmish side making the diamond more yellow looking. The clarity is okay if the jeweler can guarantee that the inclusion is eye-clean.

3.) This one is the best of the three. The I color is at the end of what is called the ';near colorless'; range. The VVS2 clarity cannot be seen with the naked eye, also good. And the diamond is certified.

Is there a way you can get an H color, VS2, that is certified? You would save more money and the diamond will look more white. The inclusions cannot be seen with the naked eye.

I got my wife's ring at Diamond Broker's of Florida:
