How long a period would U advice before accepting engagement to a man you are seeing seriously???

Even though we have dated a few times we seem to get along very well together. Before going out on a date to Wisconsin's State Fair, I have had quite a few very funny encounters with Ale, (the man in consideration) at the market, where he is the manager. We may have had established a liking for each other this way. But now, and I do trust him, he gives me the gut feeling he is earnest, although eccentric in his own way, he has begun to speak of commitment and engagement - and I like him so much and have such easy times with him, that I am confused altogether, SO - What would you do, in such a situation as this???

It's hard to answer not knowing your culture... have you gone on dates with him, or just talked to him where he works? You should spend some time with him one on one, and just go from there. For myself personally, I would have to be dating someone a minimum of 6 months before I would seriously consider marriage.
I would suggest you ask a few probing questions of your own and see where he leads you.


You have nothing to lose in trying and if it feels right then you might well have everything to gain at the same time too..
